Privacy

This policy describes the CCTV Stadium app and its website for product information and venue QR generation.

1. Cameras and recordings

The app accesses compatible recorders over the venue local network. CCTV Stadium does not operate a cloud service to receive or store camera streams. Original recordings remain on the recorder and are managed by the venue owner. Internet access is needed for sharing video only if you choose to use an external service to share a file.

2. Local data and device permissions

The app stores venue lists, bookmarks and data needed for use on your device. Login credentials are protected through iOS Keychain or Android Keystore-based security. The phone camera is used to scan QR codes; local network access is used to connect to the recorder; photo library access is used to save media when needed. You can deny or change permissions in your device settings.

3. Advertising and third parties

The app integrates Google AdMob. The advertising SDK may process device identifiers, advertising and interaction data, diagnostics, performance data and approximate location inferred from IP addresses for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Personalization or tracking depends on your consent, platform and settings. App code does not send camera streams or recorder passwords to the advertising SDK.

See Google Privacy Policy. You can adjust tracking permissions and advertising preferences in your operating system.

4. Website and QR form

When you create a code, the form is sent to the website server for validation, password encryption if provided, digital signing and QR generation. The website does not store venue profiles or copies of QR codes. Rate-limit counters are stored to prevent abuse; the hosting provider may retain access logs such as IP addresses, timestamps and URLs according to its operational settings. A language cookie remembers the VI/EN selection in the QR tool. The landing pages do not include analytics tools or advertising.

If the website owner enables Cloudflare Turnstile, your browser loads its widget and the server verifies a token with Cloudflare. The QR tool does not send venue names, passwords or camera configurations in the verification request. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing and access limits

QR codes are digitally signed to detect modifications. Embedded passwords are encrypted, but a QR code is not an identity check: anyone with a copy and access to the venue network may use the permissions of the provisioned account. Venue owners should create a separate viewer account, restrict channels and permissions, notify visitors about recording, and change permissions or passwords when needed.

6. Retention and deletion

Remove venues or bookmarks in the app when you no longer need them. Local data may also be removed through app settings or by uninstalling the app, depending on operating system backup behavior. Exported photos and clips must be deleted separately from your library or any service where you shared them. Recorder footage is managed by the venue owner. Anti-abuse counters are cleaned up by the tool; hosting log retention is determined by the operator.

7. Contact and updates

For footage recorded by a venue, contact its management directly. For app support, use the developer support section on the App Store or Google Play listing linked from the landing page. This policy may be updated when features or data handling practices change.
